Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the original items securely in their packaging, ensuring all MadFits brand tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
